Overview
You arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where your Chatama guide transfers you to Arusha for an overnight. Two full days in Tarangire National Park exploring riverbeds, swamp areas, and elephant-rich woodland. On day four you head to Ngorongoro via Lake Manyara, stopping briefly at the Tanzanite Center. Day five takes you into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day on the crater floor with packed lunch, ascending the rim in the late afternoon. Day six you drive to Central Serengeti via the Ngorongoro conservation area, visiting a Maasai Boma on the way. Two full days of game drives in Central Serengeti follow. On the final day your guide takes you to the nearest airstrip for your flight home.

DAY 2
Tarangire National Park – Day 1
Your guide drives you to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and check-in at the lodge. Tarangire holds Tanzania's largest elephant herds and is one of the country's most underrated parks.

DAY 3
Tarangire National Park – Full Day
A full day of game drives in Tarangire — riverbeds, swamp areas, and woodlands. Lions, leopards, wild dogs, and the famous elephant herds are all regularly sighted here. Packed lunch in the field.

DAY 4
Lake Manyara & Ngorongoro
After early breakfast you leave Tarangire and pass through Lake Manyara National Park, where most of your daytime is spent. You stop briefly at the Tanzanite Center before driving to the Ngorongoro highlands for check-in and dinner.

DAY 5
Ngorongoro Crater – Full Day
You drive into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game drives carrying packed lunch. The crater hosts one of the highest densities of wildlife in Africa — lions, elephants, buffalo, hippo, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. In the late afternoon you ascend the rim and return to the lodge.

DAY 6
Drive to Central Serengeti via Maasai Boma
On day six you drive to Central Serengeti via the Ngorongoro conservation area. On the way you visit a Maasai Boma for a cultural experience with the local community. You arrive at camp late afternoon for a break before dinner.

DAY 7
Full Day Central Serengeti
Extended game drives in the Central Serengeti — leopards, cheetahs, and some of the highest lion density in Africa. Packed lunch keeps you in the bush all day.

Full Day Central Serengeti & Departure
One more full day in the Serengeti before your guide takes you to the nearest airstrip for your flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
